Rocco Riccobono, an associate attorney with the firm, was on the Dean's List at the University of Chicago and studied abroad for one year at the University of Bologna, Italy before earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Hofstra University in 1996. Prior to earning his Juris Doctor Degree from Hofstra University School of Law in May, 2001, Mr. Riccobono was awarded a Dean's Scholarship and was invited to join the Journal of International and Comparative Law and the Journal of Human Rights at New York Law School. While still in law school, Mr. Riccobono became a Judicial Intern for Honorable Leonard D. Wexler of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and gained experience writing legal memoranda and drafting motions. He also gained experience observing all stages of the judicial process including hearing on motion, conference, jury selections, sentencing and trials.

Mr. Riccobono is admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York. Following graduation from Hofstra Law School, Mr. Riccobono was an associate at the law firm of Monsour, Winn, Kurland and Warner LLP where he worked personal injury cases representing plaintiffs. He worked on matters including motor vehicle accidents, construction/labor law and premises liability. Mr. Riccobono then worked for Baxter & Smith P.C. on insurance defense cases including motor vehicle accidents, construction/labor law and premises liability.

Currently, as an associate with the firm, Mr. Riccobono specializes in construction/labor law, medical malpractice defense, premises liability, insurance defense and tort litigation.
